RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Receive and understand client requirements related to technical products or services.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, product, or development) to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Support preparing proposals, quotations, and service plans for clients.
- Track project progress and ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Provide updates and reports to clients regarding project status or issues.
- Assist in resolving client concerns and technical service issues.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- At least 6 months of experience in Account Executive, Client Service, Business Development/Sales or related roles.
- Have interest in technology, software products, or digital services.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
- English proficiency is required (both verbal and written)
